7 steps to organize a flour mill for your company’s own needs

Step 1. Premises

The room is 12x7 m, height — 8 m. Here you can install 3–4 The Miller mills

Step 2. Grain cleaning

A second floor is installed inside the room. The grain cleaning system is located here

Step 3. Path to the mill

The grain is transported by pneumatic conveyor to the mill hopper

Step 4. The mill

The grain is ground into premium whole grain flour by The Miller stone mill

Step 5. Sifter

From the mill, the whole grain flour is transported by screw conveyor to the sifter. From the sifter, the flour is transferred into plastic containers

Step 6. Flour storage

The containers with flour are covered with air-permeable fabric. Filled boxes are placed on racks using a stacker
